Hi. My name is Monica and my story is simple. About 4 years ago, I used an in home personal training DVD to reach and maintain my weight goal. I'm amazed at how much I've learned over the last 4 years. My goals are:
to find and try new fitness tools (and share my thoughts)
to try new and healthy recipes ( share them with you)
All to perhaps motivate others with a wealth of ideas and to keep my head in the game.
